COVID-19 Lockdown, Day 153
Well, my grandmother is out of isolation and has been cleared of COVID-19, God be praised! I found out who her doctor is and made contact, hoping that they will inform me if anything urgent arises. They of course had to ask the old man, and he said no. This week, I started thinking of my late Uncle Willborn. I had gotten to know him when I went to Las Vegas to visit back in 2010. He was in a good mood during the trip, but I knew he had pain deep inside.That's why he drank so much. When we went to the casino in the area (residents stayed far from the strip, though I only use slot machines and don't gamble anymore), he would have drink after drink after drink. I tried to discourage him, but it didn't help. I remember that his favorite drink was Steel Reserve High Gravity lager. No matter what his faults were, he was a humble man.
